Features

The patented J-GUN burns a fuel oxygen in a primary "rocket" chamber under pressure of 190 psi(130 bar) for maximum efficiency and accelerates the powders with the highest kinetic energy(above 2100m/sec) producing extremely dense coatings.

Light metals, non-metals, carbides(WC, etc.) and boric compounds are some of important spraying materials. As very low thermal energy is transferred to powders and the dwell time of the particles in the air is very short, minimal oxidation is found in the coatings(WC : DHP 300 1400).
